4. Source and automated decisions
Contact details are provided directly by the data subject. No automated decision produces legal or similarly significant effects. If the administrator enables Google reCAPTCHA v3, it assigns a score solely to assess the spam risk of the enquiry; the result is not used for business profiling.
5. Retention
- Enquiry data: up to one year or until consent is withdrawn.
- Contract and invoicing data: for the applicable statutory period, typically eight years.
- Short-lived technical security data: only for as long as required to investigate misuse.
6. Processors and recipients
The hosting provider is Zalaszám Informatika Kft. (8900 Zalaegerszeg, Mártírok útja 53., Hungary). Accounting providers or authorities may receive data where a contract or law requires this. Google Analytics 4 connected through Google Site Kit may run only after prior analytics consent. Google reCAPTCHA v3 loads on the contact page only when an administrator enables it and enters a valid key pair. In these cases, technical data required by the services may be transferred to Google and is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
